How to get rid of sunken spots around my penis?

Hello
It's been around 3 or 4 months that both the left and right side of my penis hurt during masturbating. However, it did not happen everytime i masturbate but only sometimes. As my penis was circumcised, i used baby oil or any form of soap (bar soap, shampoo, facial foam ect) to lubricate for the hand movement.

I used to consider using a fleshlight instead of using my hands for masturbation because using my hands hurt my penis. I felt a slight itchy and burning sensation below the right side of the head of my penis starting from mid of June. 3 or 4 days later, a sunken spot appeared where i felt itchy. Another a small bruise-like mark appeared and it became a sunken spot. Now i have 4 spots in total: two at the right side, 1 in the middle and 1 at the left side of the penis (close to and below the penis head).

I am now seeing a uro-surgeon and taking pregabalin 75mg and citrizine. The new spots appeared although i am taking these pills for 15 days and I take these pill till now.I think i should see a dermatologist instead of a urologist.

I would like to have a proper and effective treatment to get rid of these spots. Is anybody here who can help me to deal with it?

P.S I had sex with someone who i randomly found on the internet three months ago. I used condom at that time. No sex until now after that. And the VDRL test result is negative.

Okay, I see at the end you were tested for STD's and are negative.  Good.  So, if this is strictly a skin issue, then yes, a dermatologist would be best to see. There is something called lichen sclerosus which might be involved. Your itching would cause that.  Using soap is common but it may have been too harsh.  See  dermatologist and come back for an update.

Thanks for your answer. I saw a dermatologist this on last Tuesday. He told me not to worry since it was not a severe infection or something. He gave me collagen and anti-allergy for 14days. When I got home and went to the toilet, i saw that the skin of the glans was dry and scaly. So I was so panic.

In the afternoon, i went to another dermatologist. He wrote down "Porokeratosis (genetalia)" in the record. He gave me multivitamin called "Axiona" and W/D lotion (to blend it with water and soak my penis) and Kelaplus cream. And ask me to be tested for fungal infection (fungal culture and fungal D/M).

I didn't know that it will be done by scratching the affected area with a glass plate. Since the skin of the affected area is thin and soft, it was scratched for a long time to get the sample. Now I am so worried as I think the sunken sopt gets deeper and bigger. I am so regret for taking the test. I think I shouldn't have done that.

Will it be worsen? Can the sunken spot be reversed?
