I am 20 years old and i think i have ED

It's not secret that the couple past weeks have been quite stressful with all the social distancing shenanigans. But I don't think stress can be a major factor to my ED.. 4 days ago i tried to masturbate and halfway through i lost my erection, i kept going with half an erection thinking that this might happen and i experienced a retrogade which basically means i didn't fully ejaculate and some of the semen got backed up into my system. It was quite painful and caused me nausea and even more stress. A day later my right testicle started aching and although the pain has lessened it's still noticeable. And today i tried to masturbate again and see if things were fixed or not cuz i was pretty stressed that i might have caused damage. But I couldn't even get an erection to save my life. I tried everything (and i do mean everything) but i didn't feel arousal nor got a boner. Now i am even more stressed than i ever was before and obviously I can't tell me family about this nor go out seek a professional's help cuz we re on lockdown. I d really appreciate if anyone could help me
Ps: need i add that i have epilepsy and i wm currently treating it with depakine you can google it to see the chemical components of it if u don't know the name. But I Don't think that has anything to do with it cuz i have been taking the medecine for a year and this never happened before to me. Sure i did stop taking it regularly now since my sleeping schedule got ruined thanks to the self isolation situation but again, i ve been slacking on the medecine for more than once in the past and nothing like this happened before
