Well thanks for reply. My last 3 year medical history is given below:
My age is 23. I had left varicocele surgery 2 years ago. From past two years i am suffering from UTI my stomach and intestine functions  has not been good during these two years. Now my urinary tract infection has reduced, but now i am getting the feelings that i am not getting proper feelings about sex, my emotions. I am not able to make pictures or think in past while my eyes closed. There is some sort of pressure when i think about my past memories. I am having dreams. I have also problem in memorizing study materials. When i try to remember some formula or study material i face difficulty in visualizing or remembering it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.
It would have been really helpful if you had shared details about your condition. Not all people can visualize clearly. It can be due to not paying attention to objects, places, lack of ability to focus and concentrate, laziness etc.You can try doing some exercises which can help you concentrate more. These exercises can be visualizing at a particular object then trying to remember it with eyes closed. Few simple exercises may help you. If the problem is severe or persistent seek professional help. Keep me posted with more queries.
Best luck and kind regards!
