I have a hole on the brim of the head of my penis at the top + swelling

Hello, I am a teen and I recently noticed 1-2 weeks ago I had a hole on my penis and swelling. Should I be alarmed and go to the doctor, or should I wait it out? It used to be two holes but the little skin separating them ripped and made one bigger hole. Not only that but swelling also appeared when I first noticed the hole. Weird thing is I have no pain from the swelling even if I push and from the hole even if I stick a part of my finger in there.

Where exactly is this hole?  I'm trying to think what you are referring to.  You aren't talking about your penis tip, are you? Like your urethra? Otherwise, it's not normal to have a hole on your penis. Swelling is inflammation. It might happen if you have an injury or infection.  are you sexually active?

You describe a swelling which is not painful, ripping skin and the hole getting bigger. Those are certainly alarming signs for me and I would strongly suggest visiting an urologist as soon as possible!!! Just from description I can't really tell what it is, it could be something harmless or but it could be a hyperspadia, syphilitic ulceration, a rare case of tuberculosis outside of the lungs... well, way too many guesses. Let it be examined by an expert. Best case scenario- you get a confirmation, that everything is alright. Worst case scenario- your disease will be cured.

There is a thing that happens with some guys sometimes where their urethra is a normal-sized hole or even a bit big, and it gets stuck together in the middle with something like mucus, and makes two holes for a while, and then the mucus works its way out or comes away and there is just one hold again. Would anything like that explain what happened? Are the two holes together about the size you ever remember your one hold being?

It’s a bit smaller but it’s located on the brim where you feel the little bump when you feel your penis.
It’s on the corona of my penis

Oh yea p.s the swelling is constant and hasn’t had any big noticeable changes however the hole does change in size if I have a boner or not

No, it’s on the top of my penis on the head (where the foreskin covers) at the very top
It’s above where I pee
You need to be seen by your doctor. Unless it is a sore with a crater in it (still would need to see a doctor for that) but I can't think of anything else you'd be talking about. Let us know what the doctor says.
