I have a slight pain in the right side of the upper shaft of the penis

I am 21 year old circumcised male, didn't have sex with any partner, i do masturbate daily... Month ago i started having a slight pain in the right side of the upper shaft (near the glans), the slight pain seems to be triggered (sometimes) when i close my legs hard, once this happen, even touching that spot feels kinda painful, then after few minutes everything goes back to normal, this symptom started month ago for no reason, i remember the first day this happened to me i think it felt more painful than now and it used to last for more than few minutes, but i'm still not sure if this gonna heal on its own, Please help, for some reasons i can't go to the doctor though.

It, to be honest, doesn't sound like scar tissue to me.  What would the scar tissue be from?  I don't think it is serious but you should get it checked out by a doctor if it continues.  External pain could be a bruise from being too rough with yourself.  Seriously, it could just be that.

I think the pain is external, and the right side of the shaft feels more sore/sensitive to touch than the left side especially if i get an erection right after masturbating, even thought the penis doesn't look bent or curved during erection. Do you think this will heal on its own? Someone online told me it might be scar tissue, in this case is there any home remedies? (E.g: Ice packs, hot water or massaging)

Update: i think stopping masturbating for few days helps the pain but once i start masturbating again the pain comes back.

If i stop masturbating for a month or two will it completly heal on its own or will the pain  come again even after a month or two (once i start masturbating again)?

Please help, do you think this is a serious condition?

What if you didn't masturbate for a few days?  That might be good to try to see if it goes away. This is internal pain and not external?  (meaning it hurts inside and not at surface). What about a kidney stone?  Sounds a bit off topic but that can cause internal pain like you have.  Do you have a doctor you can see?
