I have what seems like a swollen lump on my penis shaft, is it bad or permanent.
So i'm 13 and ive been masturbating lately and today after I did flaky skin appeared, so I peeled all of it off. Then a few minutes later a big soft painless lump appeared on the side of my penis shaft, please tell me whats going on im scared that its permanent.
