I push my right breast with a finger.A pain that is different from my left breast.

Hi guys,
I am 30 years old, and my breasts began to grow larger when I was 15 and I have no clue, if they are getting bigger or not, because I gained weight also, so hard to compare with that age.
After some time, I noticed that I'm having a pain in my right breast. I tried to measure it, but the pain wasn't concentrated in one point.
I checked it and compared it with my left breast, and I couldn't find any lump. Still, I noticed some kind of pain in my right breast. It's not on the nipple, and when I push my breast with my finger to my rib cage, I feel much more pain, that is different from the left breast.
I think it's been a year that I have this pain.
