If I stop masturbating can I get it up again??

Ok well I used to masturbate about twice a day. Until the day came for me and my girlfriend to have sex, and I jacked off before she came overr so I can last a while, and once we started I was horny but not all the way it was kinda soft, but when I jacked off before it was fully hard. So that week I noticed that my penis and testicle sack we kinda weird, my penis appeared skinny and testicals were all close and not sagging. But then that went away. So I tried masturbating at times and after about 3 days I could get it up again. The next week(actually this week on Monday) my girlfriend was going to come over, so I masturbated and ejaculated and guess what once it came to penetration I wasn't that horny, so I told her I wanted to stop, and that got her mad cause she really wanted to have sex. So now my penis is at its normal size when not aroused, but I cant get it up!! So I just wondering if I should just stop masturbating cause thats what seems like has been throwing me off. I love my girlfriend, I really do, and she wants to do it more, but I dont want to until "I get back to normal".. Sorry if the post is long, just wanted to get every detail in.. If it helps im also 15
