What to do? Part of penis glans turn red.

I saw a patch of red on my penis glans when i'm washing it earlier on when i'm having a shower.
Currently doesn't experience itchy but the red patch really make me worry.Once in a while will have a little pain.
Should i approach a doc?

I suffered from red patches and swollen foreskin for one and a half years. All test negative. Creams and medication didn't help whatsover. My condition as my urologyst said it was recurrent balanitis. The foreskin create the perfect condition such as moist and warm for the develop of bacterias, fungus and yeast infections. After I spent so much money in doctors, tests and medication I decided to go ahead with circumcision as recommended by the urologyst and the irritation was gone with my foreskin . I now have a clean and healhty penis with a normal color glans. Don't take me wrong I really like having a foreskin, but I realized that circumsicion was the only solution and it really was. Already 2 months since the surgery and the scar still healing, but no more redness in my penis. See your urologyst he'll give you a better answer to your problem. Do not use more creams they don't do anything good in your penis as one doctor told me they make your skin very thin. This was happening to me at the point that I was able to see my small blood vessels so I discontinue the use of this steroid creams.    Good luck
