What could i have??? My doctors are horrid. Pain in groin, stomach and testicles

I have been tested for Sti, all negative.  Ive had a urine and blood test all good ,Wbc, no infections detected.  My sympoms are..
1-tight in the groin and pubic hair region (where the front leg and hip come together, not the inside of thigh).
2- slight testicle soarness.
3- lower abdomen discomfort, more on left side.
4- slight nausea, and slight lower vack discomfort.
5- all symptoms worsen as the day goes on.  Feel pretty good in the morning and pain/discomfort increaes through the day.

Doc thinks i have epididymis,  ive been on antibiotics for 2 weeks.  I havent gotten worse only slightly better.  Ive looked at strains, hernias, uti, sti, prostatitis.  I have some symptoms for all but no...
Blood in urine
Discharge
Pain or burning while urination or ejaculation
Trouble urinating

Any thoughts?
