I'm hoping this is just an ingrown hair on my shaft?
On the shaft of my penis I have one or two little black things that look like stickers that go in and then come out a few cm away but they don't stick out far enough to pull them out...
This has had me very worried!

They could be ingrown hairs.
It doesn't sound like an STD, if that's what you're concerned about. I wouldn't try to pick at it or pop it or anything. Just let it be, keep the area clean and dry, and see how it is in a few days. If it looks red, inflamed or starts to hurt, see your doctor.
