Im wondering what this red rash could be and what to treat it with?

I have recently found small red areas, like a rash one the shaft of my penis. I have never seen anything like this before but it makes me nervous. I was with the same partner for 5 years and just recently with a new partner but we used protection at first and now we don't. Its only been a few times and she's extremely cautious with these sorta things. I, myself have been more careful than i ever thought possible through college and the years after so it comes as quite a shock to be honest. It doesn't really hurt on the area infected and it doesn't burn or anything when I pee. Mostly I'm just paranoid i think and it could be a simple infection but nonetheless I'm worried. ITs hard to explain really but a picture might help. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas id greatly appreciate the feedback. Thanks!
