What makes you think you've ruptured your urethra? This doesn't happen very often, and you'd likely have blood or other signs of trauma. If you have these signs, this is a medical emergency, and you need to see a doctor immediately.

Future issues depend on the location of the injury and the solution to it.

Seriously, though, if you think you have trauma to your urethra, I can't stress enough that you need to see a doctor.

This happened during football and everything has been sorted already, just wanted to know if it will affect me
This is something you'll have to ask your doctor. It depends on the nature of the injury, and if you needed surgery, how it healed, etc. Most of the time, it doesn't affect anything, but you should ask your doctor.
