Is there a way to undue an orchiopexy? Essentially remove the stitches?

I’m 24 and had surgery about a year and half to two years ago. After the first few months I felt a kind of dull pain that I was told was fine but now its been a while and the pain remains and there is added sometimes when I wake up or exercise. Sometimes it’s gotten so bad that it feels like torsion all over again. It’s usually just on the right testicle (they stitched both) and where the stitch is can get really sensitive. I want to know if there’s a way to fix this.. Sometimes (I’m no doctor) if feels like one of the connecting gains is pulled super tight and hard that if the testicle moves even a little I get the wind knocked out of me.

Thanks
