Is this normal?

Okay I've had this for like a week now the bit around my nipple is really hard and if touch it, it moves but my other one seems really normal like soft and stuff but then my other feels like there's a bone there I've told me my mum and she said she'll keep an eye on I'm 13

Most guys experience some swelling and tenderness of one or both nipples during puberty. This is very rarely serious and usually goes away after several months. Sometimes one or both nipples may be permanently enlarged, however.
