Do they hurt when theyre moving?
I had no pain for 30 hours now Im in a lot of pain

So you were having pain but it stopped, and now your having pain again? Yes, they will hurt when their moving. Have you been to see your Dr to see if this is indeed what's going on, your passing kidney stones? If not then you should see him/her as soon as you can or go to the hospital. Some of them are too large to pass and they can do a painless procedure to break them into very tiny pieces, plus you'll get pain meds.  Remar
