Also like to add, the pain that testis creates runs straight through my lower abdomin, feels like someones pushing a pen into my stomach, about an inch or so off my hip bone this pain happens on BOTH sides of the body. both points of pain are about an inch off either side of my hip bone.
also i've had a rash, around where my testis touch the thighs while standing, on both legs.
im not sure if its related. but the rash gets itchy, and obviously itching it causes redness and flaking. but any help on a diagnosis for this rash would be swell.
Has anybody had POSITIVE treatments for this ? because by the looks of it, its just temporary relief in treatments displayed on here.
i've been having similar symptoms less intensely, but amazingly the same. for a good year now. me being 20 this year.
having the flu or a bad cold, after sex, or being arroused for a long period of time, after a continuous amount of pressure has been put on my lower abdominal or bladder area (ie someone sitting on top of you..) , constipation enduces pressured pain, after sitting cross legged for too long.. even playing with the testicals... these all trigger unpleasant pains in the testis.. things like coughing and sneezing also aggrovate the pain.
if anyone has had a doctor, confirm them on what this is it'd be appreciated, knowing this is an old thread.

Is this pain dangerous...?
Hip dysplasia (mild) can cause the muscles on the side effected, this dysplasia causes the pubic symphysis to dislocate (yes it is as painful as it sounds), this is hardly diagnosed in men. Women dislocate their symphysis during child birth, but because of how our bodies are built it means males can dislocate it too. Mild dysplasia can be treated with excersise and regular osteopathic manipulation, to loosen surrounding muscles and tendons. I have found this helps, but there will be pain when the hip wants to return to the position it was in before relocation, hence the regular excersises and treatments, over time the muscles develop the correct "memory" and will keep the hip and pubic symphyisis in the correct position.
I hope this helps.
PEACE
I have had the same thing, it feels heavy on my lower abdominal, it comes and goes, and it usually comes back after i have had lots of exercise, if it hurts when i press on it, is that a muscle?? and if i keep playing on a injured muscle will it get worse?? i will get random pains in my lower abdominal, and sometimes on my right and left side, it stays for about 2 weeks and then goes away.. Have any clue what this is???
