Left Testicle/Lower Abdominal Pain

Hi I am a 23 year old male who's recently developed testicle pain. For the past week or so I have experienced pain in my left testicle after lying down for a long period of time. After standing up and walking around the pain noticebly improves. In the last few days I have noticed the pain starting to radiate to my lower left abdomin. I dont seem to have any lumps on my testicles. Does anyone know what this could be?

Thanks.

I had the same issue.  I am being scoped on thursday to rule out prostate issues.  Then I am going to have the surgery to explore my abdomen for adhesions.  I also have a veriococle or whatever its called.

The surgeon explained it too me this way.  First the doctors will rule out everything else MAJOR that could be wrong.  Scar tissue doesn't show on any of the test unless its causing a deformity in the organs. So its a process of elimination.  After all else fails they can do the endoscope.

So in otherwords, Unless you guys have the exploratory surgery, they can't diagnose you with adhesions.  And they can't do that untill they have exhausted all options.  So you will have to keep going back until they can eliminate all other options to rule that you have some type of nerve entrapment w/adhesions.  If you have EVER had any type of abdominal surgery done, you have a 93% chance to have adhesions.

I have been through every test--MRI, CT Scan, 2 ultrasounds, TONS of urine and blood tests.  I have one last test--cytoscopy--to rule out prostate cancer, Then he can do the endoscopy to see what exactly is going on.  After that, depending on what he finds, He will perform an operation to get rid of the veriococle w/adhesions and any other denervation or problems he finds.

Believe me, I've been at this since 2003.  If worse comes to worse, I will have to seek pain management.  Unfortunately, adhesions are very hard to get rid of, thats why the doctors don't want to diagnose any of you with nerve entrapment and/or adhesions.  Usually the surgery to remove them are temporary at best and you have to be treated for chronic pain.  That means you will have to be on narcotics eventually for the rest of your life.  If you are only 20 or 30 or even 40 years old, the doctors will no ANYTHING to keep that from happening either with delays in diagnosis or surgeries.  If you refuse anything, they have got you and you'll be living in pain untill you comply.

In conclusion, keep going back to your doctor.  You all have a chronic pain condition, and unless you want to deal with the pain for the rest of your life, you have to keep going back to the doctors.

Im 59 years old and have had left testicle pain for 40 years it comes and goes . I feel a cord with a short hard small pea sized ball that feels like it ends on this cord and ball just touching this cord is really painful . But with some effort lightly squeezing this cord ball thing very lightly seems to ease the pain a few hours latter. Nothing funnier than an old man reaching in to his stuff and squeezing his left nut for a minitue trying to get a persistant life long pain to subside. The doctors are useless on this they do not know their elbows from there arses on this.

this is kinda unpleasant to talk about . I have this same problem .. I masturbate twice a day. so last week I masturbated and ejaculated 5 times in an hour . The next morning I had a pain in my theistical and abdomen. I read up on it and it can be caused by to many ejaculation or not ejaculating at all.. there’s lots of ways to hurt thing when masturbating or having sex. You can hit you balls wile masturbating and hurt them or also when you hold it in you can strain the mussels and cause pain that way, I have stoped masturbating for two days and it seems to be getting better , its a hard thing to do but try it out, it could help
