Left testical and abdomen pain, no erection
I have been masterbating alot last month December 2017 and started experiencing low erection and once I masterbated 3 times in a day. My penis started smelling and and sensation of water dribbling out started to occur. I went to a doctor he said everything was fine. And gave me a medicine. Now I'm having having a left testical and abdomen paying no erection. Please help is it permanent??
