Low T - What is Low and Should I be on TRT

hey Folks,

40yr ol male.
I've been testing my T and have always tested just about what's considered "normal." ie 250-300. I never got on TRT even though I could have because I felt like I needed to address other issues first.
IE; am hypothroid and low vit d.
I've had bouts of low libido but honestly the force is strong. The stymptoms that I have had for a while now seem to be depression, sadness, fatigue, brain fog, weakness. I used to love to lift but can't do it consistently any more.

I've done alot of research on TRT and tbh it kinda scares me, one to be on meds for life and the potential dangers.
Any advice is appreciated.

I have heard of plenty of natural remedies for low T. I haven’t tried any myself, but I’ve read multiple guys swear on natural supplements that helped testosterone production so you can try looking into that. I believe it’s about maximizing production rather than Replacing T so Iran supposedly healthier. Thunders Place probably has a forum on it so try doin your own tests and experiments on what works. Good luck man
