Hi Apa, Sorry not the right thing to say, program, but you just start it, if did come to a program. then your the program, just the same as you being the drug, its only you who can do this and nobody else.
So your the program and also the drug your looking for, any help.
So just get going, put the porn to sleep, put your box of tissues away, and clean your act up.
Good Luck

Hi Apa, No you are the drug, its all down to you, and as your slowly finding out over masturbating from porn can give you lots of health problems, memory, skin, hair, eyes, weight lose and muscle lose, so if you dont do the right thing, like stopping, your health will only get worste.
There is an 8 week progam you can do, its 8 weeks of no masturbating or any sexual contact, its a way of rebooting your body, but as you have not said how long this has been going on may take a bit longer.
There is one other thing you have to do, its clear away any porn sites you have on your computer, and get somebody to put up your parental control on porn, so it locks you out from it, clear away any downloads and throw away any discs you have, clear the decks, get the picture. you need to become a porn free zone.
Once you get this done start your 8 weeks, and remember you are the drug your looking for.
Good Luck
