I would suggest to consume more nuts like Chewnuts,Peanuts,Walnuts which increases your energy and micronutrients in your body .
Has anyone tested your thyroid?
That's an often overlooked thing to test, and it could be causing a lot of your symptoms. It can be just as hard to get the correct testing for that, though, too.
The testing you need is:
TSH
Free T4
Free T3
Thyroidglobulin Antibodies (TgAb) and Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody (TPOab)
Many doctors will start by doing a TSH test. If that's all your doctor will do, then start there.
Your T levels are low, so have they done any other testing? Free testosterone? Bioavailable T?

I'm sorry you haven't been able to see an endo - it sounds like that would be a great place for you to start.
