I thought this might help you too:

Let me correct my last post just a little.  There is a difference in one type of the body's cells regarding chromosomes.  A man's sperm cells and a woman's egg cells are different than the cells in the rest of the body because their chromosomes are not paired.  The sex chromosomes are not paired either.  A female's eggs each have one X sex chromosome.  Generally, half of a male's sperm each have an X sex chromosome and the other half each have a Y sex chromosome.  If a sperm with a Y chromosome fertilizes the egg (X), a male baby will result (XY).  If a sperm with an X chromosome fertilizes the egg (X), then the baby will be female (XX).

Perhaps you are concerned about this kind of loss: When a male masturbates, it generally takes a day for the number of sperm to come back to normal.  So masturbating more than once a day would lead to a continuously lower sperm count and this might reduce the success of pregnancy if you are trying to have a baby.

In men, tight clothing and smoking can also reduce the sperm count.  There are several other things that can have an effect on successful pregnancy also and you should probably talk to a fertility expert if you are having that kind of problem.

Masturbation causes no losses to the human body.  XY is the special pair of chromosomes that makes you male rather than female (XX).  They are in all of the cells of your body along with the other pairs of chromosomes which determine your other characteristics.  They will always be there.
