Masturbation ruined my foreskin

Hi community,

I'm 14 years old and used to be able to retract my foreskin. I had no problem retracting when flaccid and couldn't when erect, but that didn't worry me. I haven't pulled back in about a month because at the time I had small cuts around the foreskin. I ignored it and kept masturbating and reopening the cuts until I realized that the skin was flaky and didn't seem to repair on its own. I haven't masturbated In 7 days as an attempt to give my penis time to repair, and I'm not sure if I have balantis or Phismosis, my penis was having stinging sensations and and red bumps that swelled up, but I used a fungal cream that seems to cured that problem. Throughout the day lll have an itch for a few seconds at times and I leave them alone.  The cuts seem to be flaky now and I'm not sure if it's scar tissue. I haven't tried to pull back as I'm worried about reopening the cuts. What should I do what do you people think the problem is?
