Mildly itchy sores on penis head

Hi,

I am traveling internationally and just noticed couple of mildly itchy sores on my penis head, pink in color. They were not actively bleeding but I saw some blood spots on my briefs. I have not been sexually active for past month. I was diagnosed with Chlamydia about 10 weeks ago, first time I ever got a STI. I got tested for other STIs at the 6 week mark and was negative for Syphilis but need to be retested in Jan to be completely sure.

A bit worried since I won't be back home for another couple of weeks and am wondering if this is another STI for which I need immediate antibiotics. I am 34 years old and am not circumcised. I don't see an option to post pictures but I can post some if there is a way to do that here.

Any responses much appreciated.
