Moles apperaing on Penis

Hi,

In the last year I've had numerous moles appear on the shaft, base and surrounds of my penis. They are average (not small) size and range from light brown to balck in colour, and nearly all are raised. The are not painful nor do they have any fluid.
I have been with my wife for 10 years, and in this time she has been my only sexual partner.

Should I be worried? They are unsightly and want them gone. What can I do?

Cheers

I hate to say it, but those don't look like moles...  I'd see a Dr.  They look like HPV
