I am married man of 32, Its been few years from what i remember.. I am unable to get 100% hard erection. When i am on Viagra i do get the really hard erection but have never got such erection otherwise.

I am keeping myself healthy as best possible way:-
1) Dont smoke
2) drink a pint or 2 beer on weekend
3) 4 days a gym with really good weight lifting routine.
4)Vegetarian diet with eggs
5)Counting my carbs, fat and protein intake and keeping them all in good balance
6) zinc supplements in night,L-citrulline powder in mornings

My erection allows me to do intercourse.but its not that hard enough to hit her g spot. Also, beoz I am always  trying to keep erection I have started coming so fast from last few months.

If i am trying to change position for sex or try to put condom i lose my erection. I am always on the edge and so i am getting nervous about it. Not sure i f i am able to explain thjs properly or not. But if someone has understood this problem please help.

I’m sure doctors will tell you it’s in your head since you are able to attain a good erection, showing it’s possible for blood to flow100%. You can try stuff like kegels and not thinking about sex but just positive feeling about your partner to improve your confidence. Losing erections from losing focus aren’t unusual to take a slow and calm approach. Good luck man

When I get nervous about not being able to get an erection it makes it very difficult for me to have one. Also I was on a solid gym routine for several years getting back in shape and noticed my sex drive went up so much after cutting back on the gym.
