New guy

I am asking this for a friend. She started dating this guy. No judgement please just a medical question. He has something. He said both oral sex is safe. But intercourse may be safe. What could he have?
And he also said kissing is ok. Help!

A riddle?
hmmm If oral is safe, that rules out HPV, Herpes, Clamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphillis.
Intercourse MAY be safe... i would assume HIV then... depending on the type of sex (and some other factors) there is a chance of not getting infected...
Conclusion, if he says "has something" they should both be fully tested before doing any unsafe sex.
