Not Getting Erection Without Physical Touch and A Slight Pain in left lower abdomen

I am 26, Married and Father of a Boy, Everything was fine and suddenly 1 week before I felt Gas Pains in stomach and My right testicle was harder than the left one,
I got tensed and visited General physician, he said everything is fine, Then out of curiousity I visited Urologist, he also said everything is fine, But anyhow i have booked ultrasound of Kidney and Bladded along with Scrotum/Testes, All Ultrasounds were clear.
I started to feel better with no pain in testicles or stomach, but suddenly i noticed that my Penis was not erecting like before (without the touch of hand), and when it does erect i feel a dull pain in left lower abdomen, moreover my scrotum is now like a loose bag, it gets tight in the morning but during other times it is always loose and hanging.

Now i am confused what to do ? Is it safe to have sex or should I wait so that it could cure on its own ?
