Numb Shrinking penis, big loose numb testicles Prostatitis symptoms?

Hi I am a 19 year old male suffering from what my urologist says is prostatitis. I have had this for about 4 months now. I have been on cipro and flomax and while I feel no pain from the prostatitis. It seems my penis and testicles have been greatly affected. My penis seems to have shrunk up, gotten thinner, and is turtling most of the time unless I'm sitting or laying down. Erections are achievable but difficult to maintain and are much weaker and loose.  Sensitivity has gone way down and in order to keep the erection I need constant stimulation. I used to last a very long time as well but I seem to be suffering from PE now too. My testicles seem to have gotten bigger and much more loose and also less sensitive, I can barely feel them even when I touch them. My left testicle seems to sag a lot lower than my right now as well. It had never done that before either, at least not that much. According to the urologist I have a hydrocele in my left testicle. I dont know if that has anything to do with this though. Urinating seems to be okay other than a slightly weaker stream and it takes a bit longer to start. And the urine itself seems a bit cloudy. But when this first started the first symptom I noticed was that my penis went completely numb and kinda mushy and shrunk up as it still does. While I now have some feeling back it hasnt improved since. Morning erections are also rare and not nearly as strong. And also when I have erections I seem to have developed a new curve to the left when I usually only had a slight upward curve. I also don't feel the ability to push anything out of my penis if that makes sense. Unless I really have to urinate its like I lost that ability to even try to push anything out my penis. My urologist is saying that my prostate is so swollen that its pressing against nerves. But I'm really not sure. I have a big kidney stone in my left kidney as well but once again I don't know if that's relevant. I will take any help at this point, all of this is messing my life up physically and emotionally. I don't feel myself anymore and I'm depressed all the time. When I walk around its so uncomfortable in my genital area because it feels like my penis is gone and my testicles are big, loose, low and everywhere. I really need help so I'm asking now is there anything I can do? I heard that tinactin and zinc might help but any assurance would be very appreciated. Any help I can get would mean a lot.

I have had ct scans for my kidney stone and my back and an ultrasound for my testicles. The ultra sound only revealed I had the hydrocele. And the ct scans came back normal. I'll keep my progress updated, and thanks for the help!

Hi,
At your age, so many issues at the same time is unthinkable unless you can find a common factor for them. I have mentioned filariasis as such a possibility, not that yo necessarily have it. What tests have you done so far, any ultrasound imaging to rule out the possibility of involvement of lymph nodes? Also, did you have any accident in the past that involved your lower back? I would first look for a common cause for all these issues and that is why I have advised you to go to a larger hospital, where you will have the benefit of the combined experience of different doctors. Even a CT with contrast of the lower abdominal area may reveal some common problem. Please keep us posted with your progress.

Good luck,

Also I haven't left the US so I don't see how they could be worms. I read you couldn't get them here.

Thank you for your feed back, I am going back to my urologist this month and I'll ask him if I can get a variety of tests done. Can filarial worms really cause all of that?

Hi,
With multiple problems you have, you should go to a good multispeciality hospital and get a through check up done. LArge kidney stone, hydrocele and prostate inflammation all are to be addressed individually and cured. Possibly you may have infection from filarial worms which may be contributing to most of your issues. In any case a thorough medical investigation is required at this point.

Good luck,
