This is a good thing to ask your dad to take a look. Mother's can too but since dad's have the same parts, they give good advice.  They may say you need to see a doctor. Are you circumcised?  I am guessing yes?  Is it all the time or just show up? Always same place? Most importantly, does it hurt?

I am circumcised and it all the time, it as if my penis hole has gradually gotten longer, it hurts when I pee
You really need to see a doctor about this. Pain is a sign that something is wrong. Please tell your parents or another trusted adult, and get some help for this.

I know it's your penis, but your penis is a body part that needs care just as any other body part does. Let us know what happens. :)

There is something women can get, where the urethra gets a pouch or sac further back than the end, and it can fill with urine and get infected. Men can get this condition too but it is rarer for them to get it. Please see a urologist.

Have no idea what you mean, but if you think you're having a problem see a doctor.
