Pain and blood at the point of ejaculation!!

Hello, my name is Paul H, im 36 years old and when i was having sex last night, when i ejaculated i felt an intense pain with every throb and after pulling out i noticed a lot of blood coming out of my penis. My fiance went to the toilet and she said a very large amount of blood had gone into her not at all like semen! Now, it hurts to pass urine although not as bad as my ejaculation and there is still seeping blood from inside my penis afterwards. I am very worried and would like to ask for any advice or a reason that this could happen? My semen seemed very thick and gluey with large blobs in if this helps. Thank you!

You need to see a urologist.  He will do a cystoscopy to have a look and see what's going on.  He may do a prostate exam.  I'm sure with evaluation and treatment, everything will be fine.
