Pain in genital area

I have been having a little pain on my left testicle with a little burning sensation on the scrotum. I went to the doctors and did a std test and all came back negative. Doctor stated it was a fungus due to that I work out a lot and sweat. it came back again the feeling a day after I sex with my partner. I don't know wht it is, but it's driving me crazy.

Have they checked for Vericocele Veins? They are usually left-sided and can cause testicular pain.
