Pain in head of penis on ejaculation, unsure why

would it be due to pressure?  i think it has always happened but only became aparent how much a problem it is when ad sex for first time, twas pretty painful.  therefore it isnt the foreskin cos that was pulled back durin sex i think.

any help/links? cheers
