Pain in penis maybe prostatitus?

Hello Ive been having a weird tingling pain inside my penis about a cm inside from the tip sometimes it happens on the left side or right side. I dont know what it is. I havent had sexual contact in about a year and I thought it was std so i took hiv chlamydia gonorea and syphlis test but it was negative. but during this time of waiting for my results i was really stressed thinking i had stds. I stopped masterbating and ate only once a day because of all the stress on my mind. I couldnt study or anything. but when i got my results back negative i felt relieved but there was still pain in my penis. I havent worked out in about a month since this penis pain began. its like a weird tingling feeling at the tip sometimes sharp pain but not painful. sometimes i feel like there is something in my urethra. also sometimes i need i feel like i have to pee so i go to the restroom but it wont come out. or i have to wait  a bit. all these symptoms come and go sometimes i feel perfectly fine then it comes back in waves. I have quit smoking and started excercising again and eating healthy. when i take a jog i feel like my penis is more sensitive and there is more friction with my boxers. Also before all these symptoms came i have lost about 10-15 lbs and ive never been this low in weight in a very long time so i was thinking maybe i got thinner so it has something do to wit it? i dont know please can someone help me. I am thinking maybe its prostatitus, UTI? i dont know doctor

Hi solace21 thanks for your response. I have never had back injury or do i feel pain in my back at all. I was 180lbs and i think i slowly lost the weight. i am 163 now and before losing weight i did excercise a lot i played tennis almost daily and i go to the gym. and also when i was getting my std testing i was having the worst week of my life because i thought i had hiv and i thought my life was done for and also my dog died but during this depressing week i only ate 1 time a day before of my depression of waiting for my results for stds. so there is actualy a reason why i lost weight. but then i did stop working out for a month before this weird sensation came along. again thanks for your response also i have started taking sitz bath ive been reading this website prostate-massage-and-health.com and thats where i learned sitz bath.  i also massage my abs to loosen my muscles around my prostate because maybe its prostatitus? but honestly i think i might have UTI or prostatitus. I made a doc appointment in a few days to check i hope its not penile cancer or tumor. I have no visual thing on my penis other than a white mark but i think it has been there since i got hit in my penis when i was a child. I didnt add salt to my bath what does that help do? again thanks for your time

Hi,
Appears like a nerve problem. Did you have any injury of the back in the recent past?, or do you feel pain in the lower back? Taking sitz bath in lukewarm water with little salt added will help in general to relax the connected muscles and nerves and might help. Seeing  a neurologist may be better.
Losing 10 to 15 pounds at one go without any specific reason is significant. The pain in question may not be related though. In this connection, it is essential to discuss with a physician and fix the cause for losing weight.
