Painful during masturbation

Hi everybody, I need help.
I start to have this weird problem since 2 months ago.

First of all, let me explain the pain.
It hurts when I masturbate.  But The pain is SUDDENLY GONE when I'm very close to orgasm AND during ejaculation.
Location of the pain: Pain in the pubic area(The root of the penis).  No pain in the scrotum/testicle area.

Another weird thing about the pain is, the MORE OFTEN I masturbate, the LESS painful it become.
For example:
Monday - Masturbate  (Painful)
wait for 5 days
Saturday - Masturbate (Painful)
Sunday - Masturbate (Not painful/A lot less painful)

So the longer the gap between masturbation, the more painful it will become.
It I masturbate every day/every other day, then the pain is less, sometime no pain at all.

Summarize:
No pain if I don't masturbate. No pain when urinating.  No pain if I got an erection naturally at night. Only painful when I start masturbating with my hand. No more pain when I've very close to orgasm and during ejaculation.

Please help

Actually, here is my analysis: (Could be wrong)

I don't really know the anatomy of the penis.  However, it feel like it has a "sperm container" in it.  If my sperm level goes above, let's say 80%(just made this up), then I'll start to feel blue ball/dull ache pain in the pelvic area (root of the penis).

No more pain if I masturbate every other day.  Probably because my sperm level doesn't go above 80% in the "container".  However, after couple of days, my sperm level goes up to > 80% and I start to feel dull ache in the pelvic area.  Normally, I feel pain when I try to move my hand downward toward the root of the penis. (Normally, this should be the best feeling area, but it now turns out to be a dull ache/pain if I masturbate after more than 3 days)

Masturbating every other day work, BUT it's quite tiring. thats why I want to find a long term solution.

What do you think about my self-analysis?  If thats the case, should I continue abstaining from masturbation for 50 more days?

Update:
Today is my Day 12 without masturbating.  I think I've never done that before and I feel so horny all the time.
Not only that, I start to feel the "blue ball" pain in my pelvic area EVEN without masturbating now!  Especially at night when I have an erection....

I did some googling and find out that in it's not uncommon for those who abstain from masturbation experience pelvic pain...I found a couple of people who have similar problem as me in another form(a religious forum, about people start abstaining from masturbating).  Some of them says that probably because my body got used to masturbating often...but I'm not sure about that.

I don't know if I can continue like that for 50 more days...I hope it won't make my pain become worse....

No I didn't do any heavy lifting.
But I used to masturbate every other day, around 3-4 times a week.  Since I got busier during the last 2 months, the frequency is less (only once or twice a week) and thats where the pain start.

The weird thing is, if I resume my frequency to 4 times a week, then the pain disappear...
8 weeks break? even 8 days would be hard for me :(  I'll probably try...

Hi Dan, first question befoe you started to get this pain was you doing any kind of heavy lifting, because I'm thinging a strain.
But then if blue balling is the same as edging you could have over done it, and try taken an 8 week break, from all forms of sex and masturbating, this will give you body a chance to reboot, this is the same as if you had porn enduced ED, not done it myself but they say it works well, so should work for you.
Good Luck

More details about the pain:
The pain is "bearable", but it's still painful.  Kinda similar to the pain when I used to do "blue balling" too much. (Masturbating for an hour on and off before ejaculation).  I don't do that anymore.

The pain is located in the root of the penis, like inside the wall of the abdomen. Feel slightly above the root of the penis.

For your info. I'm 30 years old.
