Painful ejaculation, swollen meatus, painful top of urethra

So
I thought I had a UTI, but after seeing a GP and having extensive tests done, they said not a bacteria, not a virus, not an STD and not cancer. We tried anti-fungal creams as well and nothing. within the last five years I have been with just two partners who have both been tested recently. I have a mark above just above my frenelum between where the glans meet that is sensative, my meatus is swollen and it hurts when I pee. The doctor doesn't have an idea whats wrong with me, so she put me on deoxycilin (spel?) to see if it would do anything. It seemed to be getting better, and I have avoided masturbating for quite some time but today, after I decided to do that again, I finished and the swelling came back quite a bit and my urethra hurts near the tip again. When i think back to when this all started it, it was after masterbating as well. It feels like my sperm is sharp or something.

does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with me ?

I am supposed to see a really good urologist this week or the next (waiting for their office to get back to me for my exact appointment date). I will tell you how it goes.

Thanks for the advice, I have already cut out coffee, I might try to quit smoking as well. I really hope this is fixed soon, I can't imagine going 6 months like this. So sorry man.

My GP gave me topical anesthetic which i can put in with this tube thing. It stops the pain, but not the swelling, so that's the best i got for now.

Sounds a lot like what i have. Ive spent lots of money on doctors over the past 6 months and still dealing with it.
I either have urethrtis, or prostatitis, or both.
I know this is really hard to deal with.
I can tell you u need to completely cut caffine from your diet. Not even a sip of coffee or coke.
Avoid ejaculation for awhile. Its tough. Stay hydrated. Take a warm back when you feel the discomfort.
You should also get ur prostate checked. I would see second urologist even though ive seen 3 and they haven't been able to pinit. Let me know the outcome please. Good luck!
