Painful lump under armpit?

Hi...two days back a lump started under my arm pit...i believe its beacuse of a new deo i used just two days back..so I was not worried but later it turned a bit larger d next day..I thought it would go away..but its painfully and I am scared it might become a serious problem...how can I get rid of it.

Could be an inflammatory lymph node. Cancer is always a possibility, but most malignant lumps are not painful.
