Pelvic/ testical pain

Found this post, but need someone to respond to it....exactly what I am going through...56 male.

Thanks
Hi,

This is hard for me to explain because there are so many different sensations and I am not very familiar with the terminology. I'll try my best, however.

About a week, or perhaps two weeks ago, I noticed strange sensations within my testicles, penis, and urethra. (Note: I use "urethra" because I am unaware of the exact body part. I am trying to refer to whatever is between my scrotum and rectum.)

Now, the sensations are different in each location. For example, at this very moment I have a dull ache in my right testicle (not exactly on the testicle by just behind it... perhaps those little tubes) and another dull pain in my urethra. There is also a dull burn feeling in my rectum (to rule out possibilities, no nothing as gone up that way).

There are other sensations that occur. For example, I can recall that I have felt a dull ache in the base of my penis near the testicle (not exactly on the penis or on the testicle but kind of inside the scrotum near the base of the penis). Also, there has been a dull ache in what I could only assume to be the prostate region. Not entirely sure if that was the proper region but looking at a picture the prostate seems to correlate with the location of the feeling. As you can tell, these aches happen in several spots, usually as dull aches or dull burning sensations. Nothing unbearable but noticeable enough to cause alarm. These areas also don't hurt when I touch near them.

Also, I should mention that I have a few other issues. It seems (and this may because I am just paying more attention) that I am urinating more frequently. Perhaps once every hour maybe a little longer. I do drink a lot, however. Also, when I urinate I've noticed that a warm burning (very slight, burn seems too dramatic) sensation happens much more frequently. You know, that slight burn you may have the next morning after you drank way too much alcohol with no water. My urine is usually clear or slightly yellow so that isn't out of the ordinary.

There are other sensations, which I can't explain... kind of like a gaseous feeling... By this I mean that when you have gas in your stomach you get that sensation that you can feel the walls of your stomach et cetera as the gas moves around. I am getting this feeling in my scrotum, rectum and urethra (again, could be prostate or whatever is in that region). Not sure why.

Okay, that is long enough. I am sure I can expand but I'll let you take a look first. By the way, here are my "stats" as I am sure they are important.

Hi,
All symptoms point to an untreated Urinary Tract Infection ( UTI ). You need to go to a Urologist and if UTI is confirmed, through a culture test should determine the type of bacteria involved and then take proper course of medication.
