Your post is confusing to me. I will say that your wife will be tested for things prior to giving birth that could cause problems during labor. They will ask her if she has herpes. Things like that. So, I wouldn't so much worry about that.
What is it you are afraid you have? You've had this exact thing before had had two diagnosis. That's annoying, I agree.
