I also developed similar problem in 1984 it was crooked almost to 50 degrees, it appeared one side the blood vein or artery was had scar tissues, co-incidently I statrted to take long walks up/down hills then I started to feel softening temporarily but as I kept up continuously. it is almost straight. But i have to keep steady excercises where the the penis is hanging while I am walking. I was suggested surgery but I did not want to take risk due to additional scarring. Twnety four years ago John Hopkins said the sucess rate is 25%.

two penile implants exist.one is a rod that leaves you semi-erect at all times.the other is an inflatable pump.The indications for penile implant surgery include vascular disease, diabetes, bladder or prostate cancer surgery or for benign prostate disease, Peyronie's disease, neurologic disease, hypogonadism, pelvic fractures and impotence related to many medical diseases including chronic renal disease, alcoholism, multiple sclerosis, genital trauma, Parkinsonism, and drug therapyWhen choosing a penile prosthesis, it is important to recognize the major categories. These include:
rigid, semi-rigid and malleable rods, which produce varying degrees of rigidity
inflatable prostheses which include two types;
a) the multi-component inflatable prosthesis, and
b) the self contained inflatable prosthesis.
The main objective is to leave the patient with a penis that allows achievement of sexual intercourse with no complications, when it is desired and in a way that satisfies both partners. There is no single penile prosthesis that is best for all patients so it is imperative that the urologist sit down with the patient and carefully review the risks, benefits, and drawbacks to each type.
Thank you for your reply and suggestion.
Can you give me more information about penile implant?
Thanks in advance !

if you are circumcised too much skin was removed from one side and foreskin restoration or a skin graft will fix this.if uncircumcised you have a condition called peyronie's which is a scarring of the inside of the penis.this scar can be removed or a penile implant can be put in to straighten this.
if the curvature doesn't effect your sex life then it really doesn't need to be fixed other than for cosmetic reasons.
