Penile yeast infection recurrence

Before 4 month ago i get small shiny two areas in my penis. I consult a doctor and he said that is a yeast infection.  He gave me itraconazole 200mg tablet for daily 14 days and clotrimazole 1% cream for apply. After i started the treatment within 7days those were disappeared and thenafter 7 days i stop getting medication.

After 3 months pass 4 days a ago i saw again those came in same place small than earlier.

What i need to do . And i saw some doctor advice because of antifungal resistance  use combination of antifungal creams. Can i use same way.
Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1% and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%

Or please help me solution.

Because of coronavirus situation i cannot channel doctor also. Please help me if you can

I would just start with one thing, and see how that goes. You don't need to use all those creams at once. Since you had luck with the clotrimazole last time, start with that this time. Use it for 14 days, even if your symptoms disappear at 7 days. This may help prevent it from coming back.
