Penis erection issue

Hello doctor,

Around 2 years back I had gone through a rough masturbation which resulted into a non-erection stage. After getting advice I stopped masturbating for around 3 weeks and a half and it was back to normal .But noticed that the penis was not straight as it was before and the ejaculate was a bit less too...I do masturbation but not so often and i get this erection like only when i think of porn or sexy stuff so deeply or by watching porn. Could you straight me out.

I do not think that there is anything serious going on here.

Maybe switching to the other hand for a few years would help by balancing the stresses involved?  It's something to report to your doctor as something else may be going on.
