Penis skin is dry, hard and very loose

Hi Im 17 and my penis skin is dry and very loose. It is mostly happening on my balls, my head and just the skin bellow  the head.  A couple of days before It was like this, I had tried masterbaiting with a new type of lotion. It was working well but when I had finished the same area had started to burn. Last night the burning was gone so I masterbaited again since I had been a bit of time (no lub). Then when I woke up today, the skin in the area had turned hard, loose and dry. I thought I must have just done a lousy job cleaning up. So I toke a shower and every thing seemed fine when I got out. But later i went to the bathroom again and it seemed to go right back to being how it was before my shower.
I am also on a acutane.It is a medicine clears acne. I belive it is some sort of vitamin A. I have been on it for a month and the only side effects of it were dry skin on my face, dry lips and dry eyes. But my doctor just increased the dosage from 40 to 50 mg. Before I started the medicine the doctor gave me a peice of paper with a large amount of side effects, but I don't think this was on there.

I am really worried and I don't want to talk to my parents about it because they might think I am having sex. I just want to know if there is something I should do (like a lotion) and what has caused this.
Anything would be helpful.

Hi give it 5 days with the Antibiotic Cream , if no better Please seek Medical Help , but if left alone with the Cream it should heal , but no masturbating let it heal , take care ,

Hi you may have been a bit rough with yourself when masturbating , Please keep the area clean always wash your hands after , Please get some Antiseptic Cream from a Supermarket or Pharmacy apply to the area it should heal ok , have a rest give it time to heal , Take care
