Pinch feeling in testicle
It's been going on for about a day so far but I've noticed a slight discomfort in my left testicle. It's not painful incredibly painful but every now and then when I move I feel a slight tingle of pain however it mostly feels like something hasn't settled. When I walk it feels really irritated and when I sit down everything feels fine but only for a moment then the feeling comes back. I don't know if it's just me feeling paranoid at this point but it looks slightly larger than my right one and the area is red. I've felt it in my fingers but I don't know what I'm feeling for and I'm afraid to make things worse- I'd appreciate any information or suggestions
