Pinching in tip of penis

Over the past week, I have noticed a slight pinching feeling in the tip of my penis. It feels comes and goes but has feelings that range from a tickle to a burn to a pinch. It almost feels like I have just a little bit of urine trapped in the tip of my penis. I do not know if this is related or now, but I have noticed when I ejaculate, sometimes there is a jelly like substance at the end that comes out in the end of an orgasm. It is white and other than the fact that I touched it I wouldn't have noticed it. I had unprotected oral and intercourse about 3 weeks ago in a drunken one night stand. I do not have any pain when I urinate, no discharge, and no noticeable rashes or skin ailments. The feeling comes and goes. When I look up symptoms it seems like prostatitis but I am not sure and am freaking out because I have had unprotected sex with my girlfriend regularly before I noticed this weird feeling in the tip of my penis. I do not know of it is my anxiety that could be causing this, because when I do not think about it and occupy myself I do not feel it. It does not hurt to urinate whatsoever, I know this is a less common symptom with chlamydia and gono and I think I'd have discharge or burning when I urinate.

PLEASE HELP

Thank you

Please provide an update if one is available.  Dude....your situation sounds identical to mine.  I'm freaking out and losing sleep over potentially losing my future wife.  My contact happened about 7 weeks ago few days before Tgiving and over the last 5 days I have been experiencing a pinching pain at the tip of my penis.  It comes and goes and I don't really feel it or notice anything wrong when I am working, waking up in the morning, just doing anything other than freaking out about my junk. This pain started happening when the female I had this encounter with texted saying I need to get tested.  We had sex with a condom but the condom did break and I was inside her for a few seconds unprotected.   Aside from this I have no other issues.  No discharge, balls feel and look normal and my penis overall looks perfectly fine but I am looking at and examining it at least 10 times a day.  I've felt 100% up until receiving this text so could my mind be doing this?  Could I be tricking myself into thinking I've caught an STD?  This contact was about 7 weeks ago and did not experience anything until I received this texted from said female so I have no clue wtf is going on.

MM4DUB - First text back and ask why she asked you to get tested. Did she get symptoms AFTER sex with you? If so, If she knew she had something before she ****** you, and knew the condom broke, she is sending that message, though at a tangent.
