Please help! Scrotum in pain

I have no idea what it is, and have been suffering for 5 years off and on.
Basically, I found my testicles are extremely sensitive to fragrance, to the point where it is bleeding and secreeting out of dry, raw skinned scabs every day (some good days some bad days).
I am nearly 100% sure it is not an STD, because I had it for 3 years before I had sex this bad to, but was to embarassed to pursue any help. It is so bad I can't use towels, soap, or even underwear that used to be washed with fragrances bothers me, and when I was in Walmart yesterday I could hardly walk due to the pain.
I have tried a cream my doctor reccomended about 3 years ago (didn't work), and any type of fragrance free lotion, or first aid spray/cream just bothers it even more. Literally all I can do is take Ibuprofen and hope it doesn't hurt! I have no health insurance and uh, need to find a solution to this problem hopefully soon, Thank you for reading!

Have you seen a dermatologist. Could be psorisis, but you need to have it checked.

I am not sensitive anywhere else besides there. I do use fragrance free detergent, fragrant free soap, and it usually gets a lot worst during the winter. Recently, more secretion than usual is coming from my testicles (clear, slippery liquid that comes out of smooth, raw skin), I usually dry it with a tissue or something soft and allergen free, but it just comes back.

have you tried using a hypoallergenic or fragrance free  detergent.  Many people have skin sensitivities.  do you have this sensitivity elsewhere on your body?
