Possible Testicular Issue - Please Help!!

I noticed that there are what seems to be large veins inside my scrotum that are growing on the left side. They do not cause me pain and seem to be leading to my left testicle. I am very afraid that this could be an early sign of testicular cancer. I am still a teenager if that helps. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

That may be just the spermatic cord that contains veins, arteries, vas deferens and other structures that connect the testicle to the body, which could stand out in an adolescent boy.Since you have no pain, I do not think it could be a problem. Any how, getting worried is no solution, better talk to a doctor and get your peace of mind.
