Pro-longed Penis & Testical pain (STI Negative)

Hi,

I had unprotected anal sex with a girl I was seeing in late January.   Within 48 hours had an uncomfortable feeling in my penis/testicles. No discharge or anything. Urinating was a bit stingy.  Went and got tested out with a urine/swab test on the common sti's and were negative.  Girl said to me she was clean before meeting me.  She tested herself after and she was clean too.

I went to docs about week after getting STI negative test and he said everything felt fine and it was possibly residual bacterial infection of the tube from my testicles (Epididymo-orchitis).  I was given two weeks worth of antibiotics (ofloxacin - due to penicillin allergy doc chose this option).   It helped and pain pretty much went.

After slowly using hands (hand jobs etc with girl) it became uncomfortable again. I decided to leave penis-be for a couple of weeks and then tried it again it become sore again and uncomfortable. It feels like someone is grabbing it tightly, especially erect.  It's not stinging urinating anymore but has grown to be painful often and so have my testicles again.

Any idea what it could be?
