Problem since I Masturbated 3rd time in a Night

About a week ago:
I usually masturbate once every night before sleeping. But one night, I didn't get sleep until around 1. So I masturbated again and slept well. But I woke up again at 5 or so. What to do to go asleep again? I masturbated again. At the time of ejaculation, I got some feeling like "something is pulling BETWEEN the JOINT of my right lap AND the BASE of the testicle".

Still, I've been facing same feeling. I just wanted to see if I get a pain when that place is pressed with fingers. It causes a slight amount of pain in the lap. So when squatted for excretion today, I pressed the same joint-like place and found it causing pain inside the right-side of the butt, just beneath the hip.

Anyway, I was shocked if there had to be something about kidney. But kidney's are above the hips, right?

Hi Zimha, just try refraining for a week and see how it goes, if you give it a chance the body is a great healer, so just stop masterbating for a week and see how your doing, you should start to heal and if you think things are working then try one more week, it can only do you good by doing this.
Good luck
